We booked our three weeks homestay accommodation
through Carrycord. After the very first week we had decided that we would
extend our stay in Sydney for another four weeks making a total of seven
weeks in Sydney and in homestay. There is so much to see in Sydney and
our homestay was very kind and helpful. Our homestay was very close to
Coogee and Maroubra beaches and we were able to go surfing almost every
afternoon. The homestay has a son who plays Rugby Union for Australia.
This was very interesting for us as we are a sporting couple.

When I first came to Sydney in 1990 to study English
I stayed with a great homestay in Randwick only 25 minutes from "down town"
and 10 minutes from Coogee and Maroubra beaches. I stayed with this family
for one year. This homestay family was so kind to me that every few years
I come back to Sydney to visit. At first by myself but later with Rita.
We both enjoy meeting up with old friends and other host families I met
during my first visit. We can recommend the homestay agency for being so
helpful.

Australia is a good country for study and is very
safe. Apart from my school, my homestay was a very important part of my
stay in Sydney. My homestay was very helpful with my home work. Dinner
time was always fun with new things for me to eat and lots of laughter.

I needed a homestay near to the University. One where I could study in my room and one where I could included myself in the family activities. Making my booking was so easy. I told Jan what I wanted, Paid the fees and within 24 hours the arrangements had been made. I was a little worried at first as it was my first time away from home but the homestay agency made everything run smooth and things just happened. The homestay family were so kind and helpful they have become my home away from home.
