My name is Deana and my homestay is a large newly renovated two storey home brick ( tiled roof ) in Ashgrove. My Mother and I enjoy meeting and providing international students with homestay/homeshare accommodation. Our accommodation is a friendly and smoke free zone. No children and no pets.
Between us we have over five years experience hosting international students.
Past students have been delighted with their accommodation as our charter is to exceed our guests expectations.
We understand the anxiety
a student may have in a new country and we make every effort to make our
guests feel at home.

- 5kms to the CBD § Bus stop at our door
- 15 minutes travel by bus to CBD and QUT Gardens Point (full fare $2.60 concession $1.30)
- 10 minutes travel by bus to QUT Kelvin Grove campus (full fare $1.80 concession $0.90)
- Great Circle bus runs through Ashgrove to all major shopping centres
- buses stop at Roma Street train station and Central train station
- train to Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast takes approximately 40 minutes
- 7 minutes walk to Ashgrove Central shopping centre and 2 minutes walk to Ashgrove West shopping centre
- all major banks and post office
- supermarkets and doctors surgeries and chemist shops, cafes, restaurants, take-aways, bakeries and deli
